Protect the arctic…

The Arctic

It might feel far away, but what happens there affects all of us. It's a place where polar bears roam, Indigenous families pass down stories through generations, and life has adapted to the cold in incredible ways.

But the ice is melting, fast and with it, everything that depends on it is slowly fading away. As the Arctic warms, sea levels rise, ecosystems collapse, and the planet becomes more unstable.

Protecting the arctic is more that just stopping global warming, it is about protecting a piece of our shared home. It means caring for a place most of us will never see, because we understand that its survival is tied to our own.

Truth about the Arctic…

Did you know?

The Arctic sea ice is melting at a rate of around 13% per decade.

This graph shows the changes of the sea level from 1900-current.

Polar bears may face extinction by the year 2100 if the ice continues to melt at this rate.

The Arctic holds around 1.7 trillions tons of carbon in its permafrost, more than twice the amount in the current atmosphere.

If all of the ice in the arctic melts, the sea level will rise by 7 meters, flooding many costal cities.

Our goals

  1. Preserve Arctic Wildlife – Protect vulnerable species like polar bears, Arctic foxes, and seals by preserving the sea ice and natural habitats they depend on for survival.

  2. Slow Climate Change – Reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote clean energy solutions to limit ice melt and global warming that affects the Arctic first—and hardest.

  3. Support Indigenous Communities – Support the Arctic Indigenous peoples to uphold their rights, amplify their voices, and protect their ways of life that are deeply connected to the land.

  4. Promote Sustainable Policy – Advocate for international cooperation and strong environmental policies that prevent harmful activities like oil drilling and unregulated shipping.

  5. Educate and Inspire – Raise awareness about the importance of the Arctic, especially among youth, to build a global community that cares and takes action for its future.
